This website is operated by Built by Josh Studio LLC, a Kansas limited liability company doing business as Tynkr Tools & Co ("we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Site content is informational
Everything on this site — descriptions, screenshots, interface mockups, figures, and example data — is provided for general information about the Tynkr apps. Example numbers are illustrative, not real accounts. Features, availability, system requirements, and pricing may change at any time before you purchase, and nothing on this site is an offer that binds us until a purchase is completed under the terms presented at the point of sale.
The apps have their own license
Each Tynkr desktop app is governed by the End User License Agreement ("EULA") presented inside the app at first launch, which you must accept before using it. That EULA — not this page — governs your rights in the software, including its warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-resolution terms. Nothing on this website adds to, modifies, or waives any term of an app's EULA; if anything here conflicts with an app's EULA, the EULA controls for that app.
No professional advice
Content on this site and output from the Tynkr apps are general information and planning tools only. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, lending, or real-estate advice, and we are not a bank, lender, broker, CPA firm, or law firm. Verify every figure against official records and consult your own licensed professionals — your accountant, lender, or attorney — before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.
Our intellectual property
The site and its content, and the names Tynkr, Tynkr Tools & Co, Tynkr Ledger, Tynkr Vault, Tynkr Hearth, and Tynkr Forge, together with their logos and designs, are the property of Built by Josh Studio LLC. We grant no license to use our names, logos, or content, and you may not copy the site's content for redistribution, scrape it at scale, use it to train machine-learning systems, or present it in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement.
Third-party services
The site links to services we don't control — including Substack (our email list), GitHub (hosting and release downloads), and Google (analytics and fonts). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data is involved.
No warranty; limitation of liability

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE IS TO STOP USING IT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute about this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shawnee County, Kansas.

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
